Making a Return

  • Return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging (including dust bags, tags, and accessories).
  • Non-returnable items:
    ✗ Personalized products (unless faulty)
    ✗ Pierced jewelry (e.g., earrings) for hygiene reasons
    ✗ Face masks (unless defective)

Faulty Items & Guarantees

If products fail to meet quality standards:

  • Handbags & Small Leather Goods: 1-year warranty
  • Luggage: 2-year warranty
  • Wheeled Luggage: 5-year warranty
  • Watches: 2-year warranty (excludes batteries, straps, and water damage)

Note: Normal wear/tear or misuse is not covered.

How to Return

  1. Initiate your return at BagRadley.com/returns.
  2. Pack securely with original packaging.
  3. Attach the prepaid label (U.S. customers only).
  4. Drop off at designated carriers (e.g., USPS, DHL).

International returns: Customers outside the U.S. must cover return shipping costs.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
